about us

we SELL, LEASE, & MERCHANT BUILD

Crossdock Development is currently developing projects in multiple markets in the United States.  We have vetted sites for Class A Industrial Manufacturing and Distribution from Nevada to South Carolina; including many which are not actively on the market. Based on our customer’s business program, we are flexible to sell, lease, or merchant build.

Crossdock provides our customers with a complete turnkey experience.  Before construction we assist our customers with finding the right location for their business by providing initial services in site selection, economic incentives, and financial-tax consultation.  During construction, we have expertise in advanced manufacturing, food grade, pharma, and cold storage to ensure your facilities specific requirements are met.  We stay abreast of the latest cutting edge trends in construction and technology to provide our customer’s the best building possible.  Additionally, Crossdock stays up to the minute with security and environmental changes; including those related to using renewable technologies.

In the coming years, it is ever apparent that there are many environmental changes that will result from the United State’s investment in renewables.    More green infrastructure and manufacturing will need to be constructed to meet climate goals and ensure energy independence.  Certain parts of the country could be more attractive for these green manufacturers due to location, low power costs, and business friendly climate.

For example, Kentucky, Tennessee, Ohio, Georgia, and Michigan are part of a Battery Super Hub that coincides with the two decades worth of auto manufacturing growth along auto alley (a 100 mile wide corridor of I-65 that stretches from Canada to Mexico).

Crossdock Development has identified property along the I-65 auto alley corridor where green manufacturing companies seek to capitalize on cheaper power and business friendly climates; like Kentucky.  Our properties have been vetted by battery manufacturers to meet their specific requirements and unique processes.

Besides battery (green) manufacturing, this corridor of growth will also see ancillary distribution, manufacturing, and climate controlled facilities.   Crossdock Development has the experience and knowledge for any of these facility types.  We strive to provide facilities that meet our customer’s goals, specifications, and business model.  Crossdock has a flexible and open book approach to allow for our customer’s to spend more time running their business.

We look forward to speaking with you!
